Area 17 MLS Meeting
Yesterday morning started off with a bang! A technological bang to be exact. In the Realtors Area 17 MLS meeting yesterday our company, CLAYSTAPP+CO presented on the latest & greatest techy gizmos & apps for your everyday Realtor needs.
Our Big Boss Broker, Clay Stapp started the meeting of by introducing what is known as the “Clamcase” which is an I-PAD accessory that turns it essentially into a lap top. Clay rocks one & so should you. He then discussed the value and asset of using Docusign, Supra E-Key, Realtor.Com, POP3 to IMAP, and You Mail. So if you want to make your day-to-day Realtor duties go off without a hitch, then take advantage of these. After Clay’s standing ovation, one of our Hot Shot Realtors, Subhi Gharbieh took the floor to introduce & explain some of the handy-dandy App’s that EVERY Realtor should have & use…
1st is the CSS App: this App allows you to take Centralized Showing Service everywhere you go! With this App, members can schedule upcoming appointments, manage listings and much more!
2nd is the MAGIC PLAN App: Truly Magical! It measures your rooms and actually draws your floor plan just by taking pictures. Have an interactive floor plan in minutes!
3rd is the SIGN MY PAD App: The new standard for paperless document transfer…it allows your clients to sign amendments and or contracts right there on the spot!
The 4th App discussed was the GLYMPSE App: Ever feel skeptical about the person you are showing homes to? Creeper perhaps? Well with this App you never have to worry again! It’s a groundbreaking new way to share you exact location with someone you trust for whatever specified amount of time you desire. Technology is Awesome!
5th is the PHOTO SYNTH App: Have a room that is the bomb?! Want to showcase it in its entirety? Well this App allows you turn individual shots into a panoramic view!
The 6th featured App is the TANGO App: This is perfect if you have out of town or even international clients that need to see a property STAT but can’t make it in to see the property first hand. It’s a FREE interactive video calling service.
7th is the BOX App: Box for Android and Android Tablet lets you view and share files from anywhere! Box provides simple, secure sharing from anywhere – letting you easily store files online, send large files quickly, access content from your Android phone or tablet, and collaborate with others.
The final App is the OPEN HOME PRO App: Supercharge your next Open House! Digitally collect every walk-in so that you can store them in your database!
